CNC Machining

Upload a STEP file or a dimensioned drawing and get a machined part back — 3, 4 and 5-axis milling, CNC turning, Swiss screw machining and wire EDM, from a single prototype to production quantities.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Laser & Waterjet Cutting

Why order custom parts from a parts distributor

Online manufacturing marketplaces will cut you a part. What they will not do is know that the shaft they just machined needs a 6205-2RS at one end, a lip seal at the other, and a keyed coupling that has to match the motor already bolted to the base.

KKM Solutions is a working industrial and MRO distributor first. So a custom job here can arrive complete — the machined part and everything that mounts to it, on one purchase order, one invoice, one delivery, from one supplier who is accountable for the whole thing fitting together.

The other half of it is the parts nobody sells any more. We spend every day sourcing spares for equipment whose manufacturers have been absorbed, renamed or shut down, and the request that used to have no answer — “it’s discontinued, here’s the broken one, can you make me another” — now does. How do I get a custom part quoted?

We reply with pricing, lead time and manufacturability notes within 1 business day. If all you have is a broken part and a machine that is down, send photographs with a few measured dimensions; that is a normal starting point here, not an obstacle.

Does KKM Solutions have its own machine shop?

No, and that is deliberate. We manufacture through a vetted network of contract machine shops, fabricators, moulders, foundries and finishers, and match each job to a supplier that runs that exact work every day. A single shop can only quote what its own equipment does; a network quotes what your part actually needs. KKM manages the order, the documentation and the delivery, so you deal with one supplier throughout.

How fast can I get parts?

Quotes come back within 1 business day. Simple machined, laser-cut and 3D-printed parts in common materials can ship in as fast as 2–3 business days. Anything involving tooling, casting, heat treatment or multi-stage finishing takes longer, and the realistic range for each process is stated on its own page. Every quote carries a committed lead time for your specific part rather than a marketing average — tell us your required date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One. A single replacement part for a machine that is down is one of the most common orders we take. Per-part cost falls sharply with quantity, so if you expect to need spares it is worth asking for pricing at one piece and at a spare-holding quantity on the same request.

Why buy custom parts from an industrial parts distributor?

Because a custom part almost never goes into service alone. A machined shaft needs its bearings and seals; a fabricated frame needs its guarding hardware and fasteners; a recovered roller needs new bearings pressed in. Our catalog already lists more than 300,000 bearings, seals, sensors, motors, drives and power-transmission components, so the custom part and everything around it arrive together on one purchase order and one invoice — instead of you coordinating a manufacturing marketplace and a parts distributor and hoping they converge.

Can you make a part that is obsolete and has no drawing?

Yes — it is the request we are built for. Send the sample (broken is fine) or photographs with measurements, and we produce a dimensioned drawing for your approval before anything is made. Worn features are reconstructed from the mating parts and the part's function, and we identify which dimensions were inferred rather than measured. The approved drawing is retained so the next order is a repeat, not another investigation.

What happens to my drawings and design files?

They are used only to quote and manufacture your parts, shared only with the supplier quoting the job, and never published, resold, or used to list anything in our catalog. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement in place before you send anything, ask for one at [email protected].

Can you provide material certifications and inspection reports?

Yes, on request and specified before the job is released. Material certifications (mill certs), certificates of conformance, dimensional reports and first-article inspection reports are all available, and certified suppliers can be specified where your application or your customer requires it. Tell us what documentation you need when you request the quote — adding it afterwards means re-running the job.

Where do you deliver?

Worldwide — to your site, your warehouse, or straight to your freight forwarder. Freight is quoted with the parts so there are no surprise charges, and export documentation is prepared by our order desk for international shipments.
