The catalog

Catalog listings are compiled from manufacturer and distributor data and are provided for part identification. Specifications are cross-checked against manufacturer data when your order is quoted — if anything on a listing looks off, tell us and we will verify it against the manufacturer before you buy. Listing a part does not guarantee immediate stock; availability is confirmed on the quote.

Quotes and orders

Most parts are quoted on request: pricing is by written quote from our order desk, a quote is valid for the period stated on it, and each order is governed by its confirmed quote. Some listings show an estimated reference price. That figure is for reference only, can change, and is not an offer until our order desk confirms it. Online orders and card authorization

Where an Add to Cart button appears, you can place an order online. Placing the order authorizes your card for the amount shown; it does not charge the card. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Our order desk then confirms the part, its availability and the final price. Payment is captured only after that confirmation, and if the part, availability or price has changed we will email you first. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and your card is charged in CAD; a card issued in another currency is converted by your bank at its own rate.

Trademarks

Manufacturer names, brand names, logos, and part numbers appearing in the catalog are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility reference only. KKM Industrial and Automation Solutions is an independent distributor and does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorized-distributor status for any manufacturer unless expressly stated.

Liability

The website and its content are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKM Industrial and Automation Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site; liability in connection with any order is limited as set out on the governing quote.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
