How buying from us works
Most parts are quoted on request, and where a price is shown it is a reference figure that can change. Browse or search the catalog, send a quote request (or email the part number to orderdesk@kkmsolutions.com), and our order desk replies with pricing and availability within 1 business day. Parts are sourced per order through our manufacturer and distribution network, cross-checked against manufacturer part data before they ship, and delivered to your site, warehouse, or freight forwarder.
What we supply
Ball and roller bearings, linear motion, AC/DC motors and gearmotors, variable-frequency drives, PLCs and automation components, contactors and circuit protection, sensors, pneumatics, belts, and general MRO spares — including hard-to-find and legacy part numbers that are no longer stocked locally.
Independent, and why that helps you
We respect the manufacturers whose parts we list; their engineering is the reason the parts are worth buying. Being independent means we are not tied to a single line card, so for each request we can compare sourcing routes across our global supplier network and tell you plainly what we find, including when the manufacturer’s own channel is still the shortest path. Pricing and lead time are compared per order, not read from a fixed list.
- Long manufacturer lead times. We look for the same part in a shorter window, and we can help you frame a lead-time request to the manufacturer with the exact part numbers, quantities and dates.
- Hard-to-find and obsolete parts. Discontinued and legacy part numbers are a large share of what we are asked for. We search for remaining genuine stock and state its condition on every quote.
- Replacements, clearly labelled. If the original cannot be had in a useful time, we can propose an equivalent and state exactly what differs from it, so you can decide. We never substitute silently.
