Warranty

Parts supplied by KKM Solutions are new and genuine unless the quote expressly states otherwise. Parts we supply are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery; where the manufacturer's own warranty is longer, the manufacturer's warranty applies. The warranty covers repair, replacement, or credit of the defective part and does not cover normal wear items, misapplication, improper installation, or consequential damages.

Making a warranty claim

Email orderdesk@kkmsolutions.com with your order number, the part number, and a description (photos help). Our order desk coordinates the claim with the manufacturer and confirms next steps within 1 business day.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning anything — all returns need a return authorization from the order desk. Stocked items in unused condition and original packaging are returnable; specially sourced, configured, cut-to-length, or non-cancellable/non-returnable items may be subject to the manufacturer's restocking terms, which are stated on your quote. The written quote is the governing document for each order.
