Reliance Electric 125R4160 GV3000/SE AC Drive, Vector 100-125 HP, 380-460 V, NEMA 1

Reliance Electric 125R4160 is a GV3000/SE AC drive rated by Rockwell for Vector regulation at 100-125 HP, 380-460 V, in a NEMA 1 enclosure with Version 6.0 regulator firmware. Table 2.1 of the GV3000/SE Hardware Reference gives 127 kVA and 159 A input, and output current that derates with carrier frequency: 152 A at 2 kHz, 122 A at 4 kHz and 91.0 A at 8 kHz, with 2410 W full-load power loss. Size the installation for the carrier you will actually run, not the headline figure. The R in the model number is the vector-regulation rating. Rockwell rates the same hardware differently under V/Hz regulation, which is why you will see this drive quoted at a higher horsepower elsewhere -- ask us which regulation mode your application needs. GV3000/SE model numbers read [horsepower][regulation][voltage][enclosure][regulator version]: the letter is the regulation type (T, V and R are V/Hz or Vector, G is V/Hz only), then voltage (2 = 200-230 V, 4 = 380-460 V), enclosure (1 = NEMA 1, 2 = NEMA 12, 4 = NEMA 4X indoor or NEMA 12) and finally 60 for Version 6.0 regulator firmware.
