KKM Solutions is an independent parts distributor, not an authorized Nilos dealer — how we source.
Overview
Part number L25 from Nilos, listed in Bearings. KKM Solutions quotes this part with pricing and availability confirmed per order.
Nilos AVH Sealing Rings: A Nilos ring that seals the outer roller bearing ring of an angular contact bearing is described as an AVH type. They are used to provide sealing for bearings that have no shields or seals. A Nilos ring of suitable dimensions can be installed so that the Nilos ring fully encloses the open area of the bearing. Nilos rings are required in particular installations where excess dirt or debris may be present that could penetrate up to the bearing, if some further mechanical protection is required or if condensation is formed. Sealing is produced by placing the sealing edge of the Nilos ring under light pressure at the outer bearing ring so that it rubs to a greater or lesser depth into the hardened roller bearing ring. The fine labyrinth produced as a result prevents the leakage of grease and the penetration of dirt into the bearing. Note: If sealing is required around the inner raceway then a JVH type Nilos ring should be used.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does L25 cost?
L25 is listed at CA$13.52 (CAD) and can be ordered directly from this page with Add to Cart. That figure is a reference price and can change: your card is authorized at checkout and charged only once our order desk confirms the part, stock, and final price, and we email you first if anything has moved. Larger quantities or custom terms — email orderdesk@kkmsolutions.com for a volume quote.
Who manufactures the L25?
L25 is made by Nilos and is listed in our Bearings category. KKM Solutions is an independent distributor, not an authorized Nilos dealer: we source the exact Nilos part number L25, and the quote confirms condition and lead time before you order.
Is the L25 new and genuine?
Parts we supply are new and genuine unless the quote expressly states otherwise. Where a part is new-old-stock, from excess inventory, refurbished or open-box, the quote says so before you approve it.
What warranty comes with the L25, and can I return it?
Parts we supply are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery; where the manufacturer's own warranty is longer, the manufacturer's warranty applies. The warranty covers repair, replacement, or credit of the defective part and does not cover normal wear items, misapplication, improper installation, or consequential damages. Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning anything — all returns need a return authorization from the order desk.
What is the lifecycle status of L25?
No published lifecycle status is on file for L25. Nilos lists whether a catalog number is current, superseded or end-of-life on its own product page, and our order desk confirms the status with the manufacturer at quote time, before you commit. Send the part number through the quote form on this page.
What is the bore size of L25?
The listed dimensions for L25 are 25 × 50 × 2.5 mm. Rolling bearings are dimensioned bore (d) × outside diameter (D) × width (B), so L25 has bore 25 mm, outside diameter 50 mm and width 2.5 mm. Confirm against the manufacturer drawing, or ask our order desk at quote time.
How quickly can L25 ship?
Lead time for L25 is quoted per order and confirmed on your quote, which our order desk sends within 1 business day. For a line-down emergency, call the 24/7 order desk at (825) 454-5367.
