Overview
Part number 6201Z from Nilos. KKM Solutions quotes this part with pricing and availability confirmed per order.
Nilos ZAV Sealing Rings: A Nilos ring that seals the outer roller bearing ring is described as a ZAV type. They are used to provide additional sealing of bearings that already have shields or seals. A Nilos ring of suitable dimensions can be installed so that the existing seal in the bearing is fully enclosed by the Nilos ring. Nilos rings are required in particular installations where excess dirt or debris may be present that could penetrate up to the bearing, if some further mechanical protection is required or if condensation is formed. Sealing is produced by placing the sealing edge of the Nilos ring under light pressure at the outer bearing ring so that it rubs to a greater or lesser depth into the hardened roller bearing ring. The fine labyrinth seal produced as a result prevents the leakage of grease and also the penetration of dirt into the bearing. Note: If sealing is required around the inner raceway then a ZJV type Nilos ring should be used. Benefits: Provides mechanical protection to existing bearing seals, forms its own labyrinth seal in use and allows condensation build-up to vent to the atmosphere.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get pricing for 6201Z?
This part is quoted on request, so no price is listed for it here. Send the quote form on this page with your quantity, or email orderdesk@kkmsolutions.com, and our order desk will reply with pricing and availability within 1 business day.
Who manufactures the 6201Z?
6201Z is made by Nilos. KKM Solutions is an independent distributor, not an authorized Nilos dealer: we source the exact Nilos part number 6201Z, and the quote confirms condition and lead time before you order.
Is the 6201Z new and genuine?
Parts we supply are new and genuine unless the quote expressly states otherwise. Where a part is new-old-stock, from excess inventory, refurbished or open-box, the quote says so before you approve it.
What warranty comes with the 6201Z, and can I return it?
Parts we supply are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery; where the manufacturer's own warranty is longer, the manufacturer's warranty applies. The warranty covers repair, replacement, or credit of the defective part and does not cover normal wear items, misapplication, improper installation, or consequential damages. Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning anything — all returns need a return authorization from the order desk.
What is the lifecycle status of 6201Z?
No published lifecycle status is on file for 6201Z. Nilos lists whether a catalog number is current, superseded or end-of-life on its own product page, and our order desk confirms the status with the manufacturer at quote time, before you commit. Send the part number through the quote form on this page.
