Overview The Johnson Controls A-4000-139 is a single pressure-reducing and oil-removal station designed to provide clean, oil-free, instrument-quality air for pneumatic HVAC control and building automation systems. Engineered for commercial and industrial applications, this all-in-one station regulates output pressure while utilizing a multi-stage filtration system to remove contaminants that could damage downstream pneumatic components. Features Includes a 4-way bypass valve allowing for in-service filter maintenance without shutting down the entire system. Equipped with a dual-stage filtration system consisting of a coalescing filter and an activated charcoal filter. Coalescing filter automatically drains and removes liquid water droplets, oil aerosols, and fine particulates. Activated charcoal filter adsorbs oil vapors, hydrocarbon contaminants, and odors. Completely piped with durable copper tubing to meet fire codes in mechanical rooms and reduce friction. Arrives fully assembled on a wall-mounting bracket for simplified installation.
