IPG 4564
4564 utilizes porous non-woven polyester backing with a zone coated acrylic adhesive. The porous area without adhesive allows the impregnating fluids to pass through, avoiding air entrapment. The impregnated and cured tape provides a high insulating barrier. Ideal for coil wrapping, tabbing, anchoring, and for affixing glass fabrics during injection molding.
Used in coil wrapping, tabbing, anchoring, and for affixing glass fabrics during injection molding. The breakdown voltage will increase after being impregnated with varnish or lacquer. The insulation class will increase to that of the impregnation varnishes or lacquers after the part is cured.
