The AAON ASM01695 MODGAS-XWR2 Modulating Gas Control Module is an Orion Controls board used in AAON units equipped with White-Rodgers® gas valves. It modulates up to two gas valves to maintain a desired Discharge (Supply) Air Temperature - and up to four modulating gas valves when a second MODGAS-XWR2 is configured as a slave module. The controller also manages the speed of the induced draft fan to maintain proper combustion in the heat exchanger.The MODGAS-XWR2 provides two more relay outputs than the MODGAS-XWR it replaces. Note that it does not support the VCM-X Controller or I2C connections.
