A drive from a platform that ended production a decade or more ago typically has no current equivalent still being built, so the honest set of options is narrower than for, say, a contactor.

The three realistic routes

Surplus or new-old-stock. The least disruptive answer when it exists, because nothing about the installation changes. Availability is genuinely unpredictable and depends on how widely that model sold.
Repair or exchange. Frequently the strongest option for drives specifically. A failed power stage, a blown gate driver or degraded DC-bus capacitors are routinely repairable, and an exchange unit keeps the existing wiring and parameters.
A modern replacement drive. Always available, and never a drop-in. Expect a different frame size and mounting pattern, a different control terminal layout, and a completely different parameter structure. Budget commissioning time, not just the hardware.
